The bucket-type belt conveyors “Bandeboard” produced by Nuova Lecon are used for the vertical transportation of bulk materials both in powder and granule forms.
These machines are composed of a horizontal part where the material is loaded, an inclined section and one more horizontal part for material unloading. The vertical conveyance is obtained through a special rubber or PVC ring containing the material.

The general constructive characteristics of “Bandeboard” conveyors are as follows:

• Frame, built in shaped steel sheet, zinc-coated through “Sendzimir” process. The frame is made of modular elements bolted to each other and complete with supporting rollers.
• Rubber or PVC ring, where containing buckets are fixed. Containment sinusoidal-shape sides have the function to prevent material from falling out laterally. The transverse buckets are designed in such a way to ensure the required output and to prevent the longitudinal sliding of material. The transverse buckets can be fixed to the edge through nylon plates.
• Towing head, built in steel sheet, zinc-coated through “Sendzimir” hot process and strengthened with reinforcement profiles.
  Driving drum and driving shaft are installed into the towing head and are properly sized on the ground of the conveyor characteristics. They are supported through “UCF” units and installed outside the flank for easy maintenance and lubrication.
